Abstract
This dataset provides fluorescence assay data demonstrating the tunable DNA density of nonthiolated spherical nucleic acids (SNAs). These nonthiolated SNAs were then employed for oxytetracycline detection using UV-vis spectroscopy and for detecting genetically modified soybean using lateral flow assays (LFAs). Signal acquisition was performed with a Tecan Spark multifunctional microplate reader (
https://www.tecan.com/spark-overview ), with excitation/emission wavelengths set at 467/525 nm for SYBR Green I and 485/520 nm for carboxyfluorescein. Quantitative analysis of the LFA signal intensity data was performed using ImageJ software (
